Out of the three candidates interviewed, we selected two, which shows a good acceptance ratio. I have worked with many recruitment agencies in the past, and usually we have to mine and evaluate every ounce of talent from the candidates during the interview process. However, that was not the case when working with Ronak bhai, as the candidates we received were already well filtered and had passed the basic checks.

It has been great working with Skill College students. We have had 4 students till now and they all have been very sincere about their work. Working with Skill College students has been a truly rewarding experience. They bring fresh ideas, strong enthusiasm, and a genuine eagerness to learn. We have been working with Skill College students for almost a year now. Initially, most students appear enthusiastic when the internship or work begins. However, within a few days, we start noticing several concerns regarding commitment and professionalism. Many students tend to show a lack of discipline and reliability. There have been instances where what they commit to verbally does not match their actions. In addition, we frequently face issues related to attendance and punctuality. Some students take leaves very often, and in many cases they do not consider it necessary to inform us in advance if they have exams or other commitments. In a few cases, students have simply stopped attending the internship without any prior update or response. Despite the internship being a part of their academic program, there appears to be little concern about performance evaluation or the possibility of receiving lower marks or failing the internship. Overall, we have observed recurring issues related to commitment, discipline, punctuality, and communication. At times it feels as though some students treat the internship as a casual or optional activity rather than a professional responsibility.
